Thank you to the other reviewers who mentioned the positive and negative switch -- I likely would have fried my dev board without thinking twice about it. Using it to power a TinyPICO.As far as the battery goes, it's good. It works fine. Form is small, 48mm long - 8mm high, 30mm wide.To swap the positive and negative wires, I gently lifted the two plastic lips on the JST connector so that the wires could slide out. swapped positions and pressed firmly on the connector to lock them back in

This little thing was a life saver to fix my saw level.. connector want the exact fit but I made it work..

Saved a $80 angle finder from the trash by replacing the battery. A bit of surgery but rather that than spend the $$ on a new instrument. These LiPo's are pretty straight forward just compare the JST connector on the battery leads to the battery you're replacing. and make sure its a match. I had to clip the battery leads off each battery and resolder the old battery's lead to the new (watch your polarity) to connect to the plug the circuit board. Worked fine and now I have a battery with a much longer working time at a very reasonable price.

Before you connect this battery to your charger or device, check to make sure that the Red and Black wires match the positive and negative connections on your JST connectors. I did not pay attention and as soon as I connected the battery to one of my small LiPo chargers it gave a puff of smoke and got super hot. I compared the connector to my other working LiPo batteries and found that the power and ground wires were reversed.Now this is easily fixed by removing the wires and switching them, however it would have been disaster if I have plugged this into one of the more expensive microcontrollers that I normally use.
