Lithium Foil FAQ
What lithium foil thicknesses and sizes do you supply?
In-stock lithium foil comes in 5, 20, 50, 100 and 200 µm thicknesses at 80 mm width, in 100 g packs. Li/Cu laminated foil uses 6 µm × 100 mm copper. Other thicknesses and widths are available as custom orders.
Can you make custom lithium foil to my specification?
Yes. We customize lithium thickness, total width, substrate (copper, nickel or stainless steel), substrate thickness, single- or double-side lamination, uncoated margins and pack weight. Use the configurator on this page to build your spec and send it for a quote. A minimum order quantity applies to custom products.
Do you offer single-side or double-side Li/Cu laminated foil?
Both. On our standard Li/Cu laminated products you can choose single-side or double-side at checkout at the same price.
How is lithium purity verified?
Incoming lithium is checked by ICP-MS before processing, and every batch is tested again to confirm >99.9% purity. A full test report is available.
How is lithium foil packaged and stored?
The foil is rolled in an argon-atmosphere glovebox and vacuum-sealed in multi-layer aluminum-plastic film under argon. Only open the package inside an argon-filled glovebox with moisture below 2% RH.
How do you ship lithium foil internationally?
Lithium foil is classified as hazardous material. We ship it by air, sea or domestic courier in compliant packaging with traceable logistics. Contact us for shipping options to your country.
Can I order a small quantity for lab testing?
Yes. Standard specs come in 100 g packs and can be ordered directly online. For bulk orders or custom specifications, request a quote.
